- Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for fitting services or fitted items, as they have to be returned so the refund can be processed.

- Return postage fees are entirely supported by the customer and we highly recommend that a Tracked Service is used for the return. Otherwise, we cannot offer a refund if a parcel is lost on the way back to us.

- ITEMS RETURNED DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND/NO LONGER WANTED/ORDERED BY MISTAKE will be subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee if they have been opened/unboxed. Total restocking fees depending on the condition of the item and packaging received.
- International returns are not accepted under any circumstances other than a faulty product. Here, the customer must contact us prior to returning the parcel. We are not responsible for customs fees.
- Deposits paid as for the booking fee and any other deposit types like parts ordered or fitting service slots are not refundable.
